Position Overview:

Our client, a rapidly expanding PE-backed company, is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee their financial operations. The Controller will play a key role in managing accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving continuous improvement in financial processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.
• Oversee the month-end close process, financial statement preparation, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Support financial audits and provide insights for continuous process improvements.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, promoting a culture of high performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Controller or senior financial executive, ideally in a PE-backed or high-growth company.
• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary ranging from $150,000 to $165,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonuses.
