Position Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing company in the Miami Metro Area, is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis function. The Director of FP&A will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and provide strategic insights to support executive decision-making. This position will play a critical role in aligning financial strategies with business objectives. The candidate will work on-site 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic decision-making and business performance analysis.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide financial strategy and operational decisions.
• Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and delivering actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational objectives.
• Manage the capital allocation process, conducting ROI analysis on key investments.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, presenting key insights to executive leadership.
• Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, modeling, and integration planning.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes and systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director of FP&A or senior financial leadership role.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strong track record of providing strategic financial insights to support executive-level decision-making.
• Experience with M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
