Job Title: Director of FP&A
Location: Nashville, Tennessee Metro Area
Work Schedule: 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote
Compensation: $165,000 - $185,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus

Position Overview
Our client, a fast-growing company in the Nashville Metro Area, is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis function. This role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while providing strategic insights to support executive decision-making. The Director of FP&A will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s financial strategies and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position requires the candidate to work on-site 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making and business performance analysis.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership, helping to shape financial and operational strategies.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and offer actionable insights to improve profitability and drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial objectives and business goals.
- Manage the capital allocation process, conducting scenario analysis and assessing ROI on key investments.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, modeling, and integration planning.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and reporting systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Director of FP&A or in a senior financial leadership role, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong track record of providing strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
- Experience with M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

- Base salary ranging from $165,000 to $185,000 per year, depending on experience.
