Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mid-Level System Administrator with expertise in the Microsoft tech stack and vendor management experience. You will maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure while managing vendor relationships to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
- Manage Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance.
Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure SLAs are met and assess performance.
Network Management:
- Configure and maintain network devices; ensure security and data integrity.
Backup and Recovery:
- Implement and manage backup solutions for data protection.
Documentation:
- Maintain system documentation and prepare performance reports.
Collaboration:
- Work with IT teams and support end-users as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3-5 years of system administration experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Proven vendor management experience.
- Strong networking and security knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE).
- PowerShell scripting knowledge.
- Familiarity with cloud services.
