PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Housby is looking for a driven and dedicated Sales Representative to join our growing team! This position is responsible for selling all equipment Housby Online Sales has available, along with sourcing used trucks & equipment for Housby customers. Includes cold calling, developing strong relationships with customers, and completing transactions, all while upholding our guidelines and core values.

EXPECTATIONS:
Essential Duties include the following:
- Complete and receive calls regarding equipment for sale, both buying and selling.
- Use our CRM system to build a strong buyer base and utilize it to connect buyers to units for sale.
- Negotiate terms of sales to meet goals for our Consignors.
- Build and maintain working relationships with Buyer Groups.
- Understand the correlation between answering calls and the number of completed transactions.
- Source and purchase equipment for valued clients.
- The ability to think creatively and work with various departments.
- The ability to listen and learn from callers, learn the lingo in efforts to build trust with others.
- Attend trade shows and association conferences, when necessary.
- Facilitate the flow of documents between Lenders and Housby's Titles Team to complete transactions.
- Meet minimum expectations for sales as outlined with management.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
- Follow all Company safety rules and safety policies.
- Other duties may be assigned.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales role.
- Ability to prioritize workflow.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Basic computer skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and help out in other areas of the team, when needed.
- Motivated and self-driven.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, and other programs as assigned.
- Must demonstrate integrity, persistence, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Oral communication over the phone and in person.
- Ability to view a computer monitor.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Alpha/numeric keyboarding.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Primarily an office setting in a team environment.
- The work environment for this position can vary due to the differences in our work site. While performing the duties of this job, the employee could occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic and outside weather conditions.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
