About the Job
Residential Concepts, Inc. is looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an adult day program setting or residential home setting.
Job details:
- Full-time ONLY available on 1st shift.
- Full-time and Part-time positions available on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Paid training.
- Hourly rate of $18.00.
- Paid Time Off (PTO).
- Health Insurance (portion paid by RCI).
- Simple IRA with 3% match.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Referral Bonus ($875/each).
- Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with leisure activities, community inclusion, choice-making, personal life skills, relationship building, daily living activities, independence, and self-direction.
- Partner with other personnel members to support individual service plans and goals.
- Perform housekeeping tasks, assisting clients with meals, and personal hygiene needs.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe environment.
- No experience is necessary.
- Must pass a background check (paid by RCI).
