Direct Support Professional - 1st Shift - Residential Concepts

• Full-time ONLY available on 1st shift.
• Full-time and Part-time positions available on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• Paid training.
• Hourly rate of $18.00. 
• Paid Time Off (PTO).
• Health Insurance (portion paid by RCI).
• Simple IRA with 3% match.

• Referral Bonus ($875/each).

• Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with leisure activities, community inclusion, choice-making, personal life skills, relationship building, daily living activities, independence, and self-direction. 
• Partner with other personnel members to support individual service plans and goals.
• Perform housekeeping tasks, assisting clients with meals, and personal hygiene needs. 
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe environment.

• No experience is necessary.
• Must pass a background check (paid by RCI).
