         Join our team as a Direct Support Professional / Caregiver in Litchfield, Northfield, CT and surrounding areas. 

Schedules:

Thurs 2pm-10pm, Fri 2pm-6pm, Sat 9am-9pm (Wethersfield)

Friday 6p-11p, Saturday 3p-11p, Sunday 5p-11p (Wethersfield)

Sun-Wed 3pm-11pm (Wethersfield)

Pay: $18.00/hour

What You Get To Do:

We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities in our residential programs! 

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with the person served to provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills.  The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, /or and assistance with personal cares.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and consistent access to a vehicle is required
