As a Hattie Larlham Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will help care for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at our Mantua location.

Opening:
- Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Location: Mantua, OH in northern Portage County, less than 10 minutes from the I-480 exit in Streetsboro.
- Flexible schedules:
- 1st Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm
- 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm
- 3rd Shift: 10:30pm-7:00am
- FT 40 hours per week or PT 24 hours per week.
- Every other weekend and holiday required.
What You'll Do:
- Help children and adults with everyday living skills such as bathing, getting dressed, and eating.
- Receive training to help you feel confident in your abilities and skills.
- Document accomplishments of the people in your care.
- Feel appreciated by the residents, families, staff, and administration.
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals and work together as a team.
- Know that reliability, punctuality and commitment to this job are very important in providing the best care to our persons served.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED, preferred.
