Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Type: Full-Time, 1099 Contract
Hours: 30-42 hours/week (Monday-Sunday)
Location: Kingwood/Houston Area
Pay Rate: $15.15/hour

About Us: Bloom Consulting is a dedicated provider of disability services, helping individuals with intellectual disabilities secure employment and live independently. We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support services to clients in their homes and the community.
• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Support clients in developing and maintaining independent living skills.
• Accompany clients to appointments, recreational activities, and community events.
• Document services provided and communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean background check.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes in the Kingwood/Houston area.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
