Direct Support Professional DSP - Care For People Plus, Inc.

We contract with 150+ Direct Support Professionals in over 20 counties who are helping others, working part-time flexible hours and bringing home a higher take home pay each week. This case is part time (10-12 hours per week) in Mountain Top. This individual goes fully out into the community during his time with staff (pay is $22/ hour). Individual is in a program so hours would be in the afternoon and possibly a Sunday. Previous staff was doing Tuesday afternoons and Sundays.

2. The local Director of Services will contact you for an interview and help you complete your State Qualifications and training.

3. Get connected with individuals in your area to provide support and help them live a more fulfilled life.

Pay rates range from $17-22/ hour depending on the services the individual receives.

What is a Direct Support Professional (DSP)? DSP's provide support and care to individuals living with intellectual disabilities and autism. We encourage consumers to lead independent lives and help them integrate into their community. Some common job duties could include assisting with life skills, companion care, some personal hygiene, as well as taking the individual out into the community for activities.
