Position Title: Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider
Location: Sharp Memorial Hospital
Employment Type: Contractor (1099)
Starting Salary: $325,000 - $375,000K

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist and one APP to join our expanding team at Sharp Memorial Hospital. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering group developing an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team in a dynamic and growing environment.
Schedule:
- Unique 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
- 14-16 shifts per month
- Day Shifts

- Dynamic environment with a patient load of 15 - 22 per day (MD or DO) 8 - 10 patients for an APP
- Responsibilities include history and physical exams, consults, progress notes, discharge summaries, and cross-cover calls
- Pathway to increased autonomy and responsibility in patient management
- Competitive compensation with an innovative 1099 position structure
- Access to the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
Requirements:
- M.D., D.O., NP or PA with a valid CA state license
