When it comes to where you work, we know you’ve got choices…here’s what we provide:
- Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
- Up to $24.00 per hour with NADSP Frontline Supervisor certification
- Position Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm *with on call responsibilities
- Must be available for on call and live within reasonable proximity to the home

Here’s what to expect as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Residential Supervisor:
- Build and maintain productive and trusting relationships with each individual who receives supports.
- Ensure that supports are provided in a manner that is conductive to growth, skill development, and improved self-esteem.
- Assist with ensuring the achievement of the overall program objectives, outcomes, and quality improvement.
- Ensure that all the medical needs of the individuals are fulfilled, including scheduling of medical appointment, transportation to and from the appointment, and implementing all follow up recommendations.
- Ensure that all individuals have a safe and compliant living environment, monitor the home for routine maintenance, and complete all requirements for requesting repairs and service.
- Design specific and unique goal plans for the development of the individuals’ growth and attainment of life skills. Monitor and adjust plans accordingly.
- Develop and enhance partnerships with individuals, staff members, and external stakeholders.
- Implement individual-focused initiatives that enhance the individual experience and support a Servant Leader culture, with a focus on individual satisfaction.
- Apply leadership strategies to maximize individual and employee engagement.
Minimum requirements as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Residential Supervisor:
- 6 months to 2 years of previous (DSP) Direct Support Professional job-related experience expected
- Previous supervisory experience
- A High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
- A valid driver’s license and 6 months driving experience
- Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
- A team player who can be flexible with their schedule
- Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand the English language
Preferred, but not required:
- Knowledge of applicable compliance regulations (i.e., Chapter 51, 2380, 6400)
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
