Responsibilities + Provides transportation services from program room to internship site for participants as assigned

+ Performs job coaching duties and on-the-job training for assigned participants

Serves as a positive role model to participant and internship placement staff, modeling appropriate work skills, behavior and social interaction

+ Responsible for reading, understanding and implementing each participant's safeguards and IPOP, if applicable

Diploma or GED and one-year relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience preferred

If driving is required, reliable means of transportation and safe driving record for one full year prior to hire date

+ Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form

+ Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
