Direct Support Professional - Gate House - Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health

Base pay $19.53/hour + additional compensation for higher education and/or years of experience in the field, up to $22.76.

$1,000 Sign on Bonus

Overnight Shift:  Sunday - Wednesday 11pm - 9am

Must be MAP Certified (Extra $250 bonus)

*If not MAP certified, schedule is Wed - Sat 11p-9a

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island is located in Rutland, MA and serves students with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. This position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Active driver’s license is required.
• High School diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education preferred.
• Previous experience preferred (not required) working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders.
• Must be MAPS certified

Available Schedules:

Must be able to attend a 2 week paid orientation, which runs Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4PM

Overnights: Sun-Wed 11pm - 9am; *If not MAP certified, schedule is Wed - Sat 11p-9a
