Make a difference as a Direct Support Professional - Hampstead Group Home

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our 3-person residential home, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders. Your support will help them achieve personal goals, explore interests, and lead meaningful, independent lives. You'll assist with daily living tasks, including medication administration, bathing, meal preparation, and transportation, while also promoting recreation and leisure activities. Your compassionate approach will ensure residents feel celebrated during achievements and comforted during challenges.

Working closely with a dedicated team, you'll implement and monitor individual service plans (ISPs), reporting health and safety concerns and ensuring confidentiality.
