Responsibilities and DutiesEnsuring that all residents are clean, well-fed, and provided for at all times (this includes toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and laundry work as needed)Providing transportation via company van to necessary medical appointments or other activitiesAssisting with meal preparation, serving, feeding, and clean upCommunicating information in a clear and concise manner for client(s)Integrating new staff members into unit activitiesActively participating in recreational activities with client(s)Qualifications and SkillsHigh School Diploma or GEDValid NON-PROBATIONARY NJ or NY Driver's License (Driving is required)At least 18 years of ageAbility to lift 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodations)MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
