Tennessee Family Solutions is looking to hire a Direct Support Professional.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Assists persons served to maximize independence in activities of daily living and provides supervision of persons served while in the care of staff.
- Serves as Teacher-In-Charge, or assists Teacher-In-Charge, as determined and specified in the home Hierarchy of Teacher–In-Charge.
- Performs cooking, cleaning, and personal services of persons served while in the home or community.
- Complies with various federal and state regulations, TFS’s adaptation of the Teaching-Family Model, and TFS policies/procedures.
- Behavior exhibits professional attitude, demeanor, and interpersonal skills required by position and company.
- Other duties as assigned by, Family Teachers, or Staffing Coordinators.
