About the Job
We are hiring compassionate, hard working, friendly and reliable Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. (I/DD).
Shift for this position: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday , Friday 9am-5pm Troutville
We need someone who likes to be active, hiking and exercising. To be active with the client.

Responsibilities:
- Teaching skills to promote independence
- Supporting community inclusion and integration
- Assisting with daily living needs
- Mentoring individuals to help build social skills and relationships
- Provide guidance and support in daily activities
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- You might be driving to client's home or with client, so a reliable form of transportation and good driving record
- 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities
