Director, APEX Recruitment (997986) - Xavier University

Xavier University’s Office of Admission invites applications for the role of Director, APEX Recruitment. The primary responsibility of this position is to share the value of a Xavier education with adult and non-traditional students.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and lead institutional strategies for APEX (Adult and Professional Education at Xavier) enrollment
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for adult undergraduate students
• Oversee enrollment funnel and admission decision processing for undergraduate adult students
• Manage APEX recruitment staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

This position reports to the Dean of Admission and is a member of the Undergraduate Admission staff that includes adult, transfer, international, and traditional undergraduate recruitment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management, particularly with adult or non-traditional students.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience using data to inform decision-making
• Experience managing staff and collaborating with various departments and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with financial aid processes, specifically as they relate to adult learners.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Knowledge of current market trends and challenges facing adult learners in higher education
• Experience using Slate (CRM) or similar admissions management systems
• Proven track record of building community partnerships and pipelines for student recruitment.
