Position Overview:
This is a Director level position focused on the strategy development and project execution efforts around Salesforce and our RPA solution, Blue Prism.
In collaboration with multiple divisions across Sutter Health, this position is accountable for the direction of the full systems development lifecycle management of enterprise business support applications, such as Salesforce, for both support services and implementations. This position directs the ongoing support and services of the software, environments, and processes required to ensure business requirements are understood and met, while ensuring Sutter Health's standards around simplification, data quality, and scalability are upheld. Lastly, this position monitors the functionality of the software and its use throughout Sutter Health and its affiliates with particular emphasis on evolving best practices for distribution across the enterprise.

EDUCATION:
_Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._
Bachelor's: Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
12 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Expert technical and business knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), quality assurance, and project management.
Expert knowledge of specifying user requirements.
Expert knowledge of healthcare operations and structure.
Expert understanding of hospital inpatient and clinic outpatient operations.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, IS team members, management, and executive personnel/staff.
Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions
Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams committed to carrying out initiatives in environments that may be resistant to change.
Make presentations to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action, or to provide information and instruction.

Pay Range is $83.00 to $132.80 / hour. California Pay Range is $83.00 to $132.80 / hour. Colorado, and Illinois Pay Range is $75.45 to $120.72 / hour. Arizona, and Louisiana Pay Range is $67.91 to $108.65 / hour.
_The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
