Director (Management Company Accounting) (Hybrid Boston)
A global alternative asset management firm in Boston, is actively seeking a 12-15+ year finance and accounting professional to join their Management Company Accounting team. This person will partner with the Global Controller and will be responsible for ensuring all corporate internal and external reports are timely and accurate. Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring all internal and external corporate reports are on-time and accurate
- Oversee team that processes expense allocations across capital markets
- Responsible for managing corporate finance policies and procedures
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and oversee many teams across the company
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid schedule
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 12-15+ years of experience within public accounting and private industry (financial services)
- CPA required
- Previous Managerial or Controllership experience required
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Workday a plus
