What We Need:
iHeartMedia Entertainment, Inc. seeks candidates for the position of Director, Business Affairs responsible for supporting multiple divisions across iHeartMedia’s media business, handling transactions, negotiating agreements and providing legal guidance regarding business activities and guidance regarding privacy laws, including the GDPR, CCPA, and EU Data Protection. Must have experience negotiating, drafting, and advising on agreements involving performing rights organizations (PROs) (US & Global), artist recordings, creator monetization and licensing, merchandising, sponsorship, podcasts, gaming/metaverse, endorsements, licensing and vendors.What You'll Do:
Responsible for supporting multiple divisions across iHeartMedia’s media business, handling transactions, negotiating agreements and providing legal guidance regarding business activities and guidance regarding privacy laws, including the GDPR, CCPA, and EU Data Protection.
