Responsibilities
• Generate new business against a revenue quota, focusing on both new and existing clients in your territory, a key metric of your success
• Develop strong knowledge of your sales territory and build a proactive approach to driving new business for EPAM
• Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business and serve as a trusted advisor that brings technology-enabled solutions
• Monitor current and emerging trends, unique opportunities, and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients business and initiatives
• Build account and pursuit plans
• Identify, articulate, orchestrate, and win multi-discipline technology services deals
• Manage individual sales activity in CRM
• Identify opportunities, respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, establish relationships with clients and prospective clients, and help to close/sign new deals
Requirements
• 10 years of experience in a business role, with a background in consulting or engineering
• Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business using consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach
• Proven history of developing long-term client relationships at all levels of client organizations including C Suite
• Experience with proactive selling, RFP, and RFI response orchestration
• Familiar with technology, business models, and trends across a wide spectrum of technical solution offerings for enterprises
• Experience with evangelizing transformational ideas and building a vision for large enterprise clients, leading to real long-term value
• Familiar with building and managing account plans and CRM sales activity on an ongoing basis
• Lead sales efforts to acquire new clients, expand market share, and maximize revenue opportunities within targeted segments of the insurance market ie (P&C, Life/Annuity, Reinsurance)
• Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb verbal and written communication skills, with seasoned presentation skills, executive presence, interpersonal and strong negotiation skills
