Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in the identification, analysis, implementation and reporting of processes, systems and documents for operational effectiveness and continuous business process improvement.
- Responsible for developing an effective Business Process for analysis and implementation of sustainable "best practice" solutions and procedures.
- Provide recommendations for the use of technologies in the company's various departments and projects.
- Oversee the development of business analytics to identify and drive opportunities for data based business decisions.
- Act as liaison to effectively communicate technical aspects to staff.
- Support proposal activity for new business processes as needed.
- Develop technical solutions to improve output or eliminate issues.
- Maintain excellent understanding of how the technical systems support Contract requirements.
- Collaborate with other managers to help ensure coordination across departments.
- Participate in meetings within the project(s) and clients as needed.
- Build business process expertise and develop best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Experience in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Entellitrak-based case management applications is required.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 10-12 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
