Reporting to the SVP, Global Demand Generation, the Director of Campaigns & Demand Services will be responsible for developing campaigns & internal services to help drive demand globally. This role will be responsible for creating high-engaging and converting marketing campaigns, as well as creating prospecting programs for sales & partners and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring comprehensive knowledge in developing GTM strategies that integrate lead generation, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM) to drive scaled pipeline.
As Director of Campaigns & Demand Services you will -
Campaign Strategy & Management:
- Drive campaign strategy development and develop clear guidance for engaged teams.
- Create and optimize campaigns spanning customer, prospect, competitive take out, verticals and ABM.
- Work with FM & Demand Gen leaders to align to regional needs to meet pipeline goals
- Provide campaign playbooks to simplify and provide guidance to regional execution
- Oversee the planning and optimization of all marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Apply best practices and testing plans to optimize to drive best-in-class performance and conversion.
- Work closely with our partner team to incorporate partner marketing needs into the campaign
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Uphold and promote brand standards in the execution of all campaigns, with a focus on message relevance and inspired design.
- Provide campaign content requirements to the Products and Solutions Marketing team to drive aligned content strategy.
- Accountable for creating high performing campaign deliverables while working cross-functionally to get to complete deliverables
- Improve the process and create efficiencies to get to market faster in a more simplified way
- Help create prioritization of activities that are going to impact pipeline, in alignment with regional marketing
Demand Services & Prospecting:
- Develop internal demand services to support regional pipeline creation activities
- Create Sales/Partner/SDR Prospecting Programs (somewhat similar to call-blitz programs) to drive pipeline within the quarter
- Drive efficiencies and optimization to increase positive impact to pipeline
About You
- Experience building high performing campaigns and campaign strategy
- Understanding of audience and associated personas and how best to compel interactions from those audiences
- Project management experience to help prioritize and progress work to completion
- Metrics-focused who has a deep interest and love for analyzing and understanding data to inform decisions.
- Experience managing and building high performance teams as well as ability to work cross-functionally on direct accountabilities
- Works in a self-directed manner to achieve critical time-dependent milestones on time and with high quality.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple simultaneous projects
- Ability to plan effectively - objective-strategy-tactics.
USA:$180,000-$220,000
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
