About the Job
The Director, Digital Commercial Strategy will facilitate digital innovation, consistency and governance in support of Regeneron Commercial teams and assets. In addition, the role will also support the VP, Commercial Strategy and Insights & Analytics to coordinate cross-team best practices across a range of strategic initiatives. The candidate will be part of a leading team that collaborates with stakeholders across Regeneron to drive innovation and best practices, supporting the brand teams to best engage patients and healthcare professionals while anticipating and mitigating complex privacy and compliance environments.
A Typical Day Might Look Like This:
Accountable for bringing best in class above brand capabilities across digital, social, AI, etc, and support the development of innovative solutions to reach Regeneron customers, inclusive of patients and HCPs
Understand and leverage trends in the marketplace and competitive benchmarking to inform strategies for relevant programs, and keep abreast of insights and external advances to reach customers across the digital and data ecosystem
Act as central facilitator for multiple Commercial collaborative groups, including the Commercial Digital and Privacy Working Group, Omnichannel Working Group and Marketing Excellence Working Group
Support cross-Commercial collaboration on strategic digital/social governance and innovation, including initiatives that address the changing privacy landscape and vendor efficiencies
Collaborate with the Commercial Insights & Analytics lead to support CBUs to plan, build, implement and measure AI programs designed to drive business results
Collaborate with the Commercial IT and Commercial Data Management teams as Regeneron works to evolve its technology and data management to meet current and future AI needs
Represent the Commercial team in the development and presentation of strategic plans, including support for the brand planning process
Ensure cost effective delivery of programs, including tracking and monitoring KPIs based on individual/project goals
Where appropriate, partner with regulatory, medical and legal to align on multi-brand digital/social programs as they impact privacy/governance, including representing materials as part of the review process
Where appropriate for privacy/governance efforts, manage agencies to build multi-brand digital assets across the digital ecosystem (e.g., driving consistent use of forms, OneTrust, etc.)

Communication and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to succinctly and effectively present compelling reviews of analyses that integrate insights and business implications/actions
Strong detail-oriented, organizational, process and project management skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a sense of urgency and to navigate within a matrix organization
Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, including cross-functional teams and vendors
Comfort and proficiency in translating complicated information into simplified plans, presentations and materials for a range of diverse audiences
Experience leading creative digital programming directed towards consumers and healthcare professionals that has measurable impact
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that support brand marketing goals
Deep understanding of commercial, legal and regulatory landscape governing communications for pre-approval and post-approval pharmaceutical products
Ability to proactively address highly complex problems and recommend viable and innovative solutions to the team
To be considered for this role, we expect you to have a Bachelor's degree. At least 10 years relevant experience, including at least 7 years developing and implementing biopharma digital programs for one or more publicly listed traded companies. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel is required. In-depth knowledge of digital, commercial and regulatory landscape for pharmaceutical medicines; understanding of the evolving privacy landscape as it impacts digital initiatives will also be looked upon favorably.
