Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide information security strategy.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts to protect company assets.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure security best practices.
• Educate and train staff on security awareness and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in information security roles.
• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) preferred.
