About the Job
The Director, Divisional Transformation collaborates with internal cross-functional team leaders to develop and implement plans that deliver to our strategic objectives. This role requires a strong, results-oriented team member with effective communication, problem-solving, change management, and cross-functional experience. The position also participates in large organizational initiatives as needed for other enterprise programs.

Principal Accountabilities & Deliverables
- Provide governance across planning, finance, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, and program development to establish a priority-setting methodology for division initiatives
- Oversee initiatives with regular check-ins with initiative owners, serving as a thought partner to guide outcomes, resolve issues, and capture opportunities. Manage interdependencies and escalate issues as necessary
- Develop a streamlined integration roadmap tailored to various initiatives
- Collaborate with FP&A to ensure synergy across initiatives and resources
- Create toolkits, templates, and playbooks using standardized methodologies for initiative activities, proactively suggesting process improvements
- Establish consolidated program milestones, interdependencies, and communication plans
- Develop and update the process for performance and progress updates to the Executive Leadership Team
Lead stakeholder meetings to advance key tasks and escalate significant challenges, delays, and critical path analyses
Define initiative plans, activities, and contingency plans; manage risks; and solve cross-functional integration issues
Manage and track initiatives within workstreams under the strategic planner
Attend workstream meetings as needed to provide guidance to workstream leads
Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying planning gaps and suggesting risk mitigation actions
Define and monitor key project metrics, preparing status reports and dashboards for stakeholder updates
Recommend recognition for employees based on contributions and achievements

Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (required)
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in business transformation (required)
- Minimum of six (6) years’ experience in program management of large-scale initiatives including but not limited to organizational change, operational restructuring, business process redesign, systems implementations /conversions, enterprise risk, and operational excellence (preferred)
- Minimum of six (6) years' change management experience (preferred)

- Adept at applying disparate elements of information to understand complex problems
- Perform work independently with little or no direct supervision
- Demonstrates flexibility and ability to proactively seek new solutions; seek new opportunities for optimized team and platform performance
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, Smartsheet, and Teams strongly preferred
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes

Work Environment
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
This position is designated as:
- Remote; Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation.
Travel Requirements
- Overnight travel required up to 5%
