Director - Early Childhood Education at Little Life's Learning Center

The Director at Little Life Learning Center is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and maintaining compliance with state regulations. Key duties include overseeing the food program, handling parent concerns, managing staff hiring and evaluations, conducting orientations and tours, maintaining emergency supplies, and ensuring proper record-keeping in KidKare. The Director must also facilitate staff meetings, renew necessary licenses, and uphold high standards of care and education. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, and possess one of the following: CDA, Early Childhood Ancillary Certificate, National Administration Credential, and  at least 3 years of experience. A love for children, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations are essential.

Duties
- Manage and supervise staff members, fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Oversee program management and ensure that services meet all expectations
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all administrative requirements and regulatory standards related to Dept of Education.

Requirements
- Possess one of the following: CDA, Early Childhood Ancillary Certificate, National Administration Credential, and  at least 3 years of experience
- Proven experience in managing programs related to education.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively.
- Ability to supervise staff effectively while promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
- Experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
