Director - Environmental Services / Housekeeping - Baxter Health

As the Director of Environmental Services you would provide leadership, supervision and direction for all Environmental Services and Laundry personnel. You will be responsible for assigning, overseeing and inspecting the work quality and activities of assigned personnel while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations and organizational guidelines.

Job Reequirements include:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent;
• Minimum of four (4) years' experience in the environmental services field, either in a hospital or institutional setting;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based software, operating budgets and contract negotiation skills;
• Strong customer/patient service orientation with a high sense of urgency;
• Ability to work in a fast paced, service oriented environment;
• Effective judgement and decision making ability;
• Exceptional collaborative skills, performing comfortably in group settings.

Preferences include:

• Previous supervisory experience;
• Bachelor's Degree.
