Position Summary: The Finance Directorhas overall responsibility for financial reporting for K16, including meetingcorporate requests and in gathering information from ETS Corp for the K16 BU.The role has primary responsibility for budgeting/forecasting, financialanalyses, strategic planning, reporting, and investment support/ tracking. Therole involves coordinating with various corporate units, especially corporatefinance, and accounting, as with other K16 teams to define and reportperformance metrics and facilitate strategic decision-making. The positionreports to the SVP for K16 and is responsible for managing or overseeing staff(potentially including US analyst(s) as well as offshore support).
Responsibilities:
Thorough financial and data analysis and reporting, as well asinternal communication and discussion to drive business insights and value forthe SBU.
Directbudgeting/forecasting/ strategy as well as other corporate processes for SBU
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses and reporting tosenior management, as required.
Develop/presentrecommendations based on financial data to support effective decision making.
Coordinatechange between the SBU and corporate finance, including updates to KPIs, reports,and reporting categories to provide appropriate transparency and businessinsights.
Assistin developing overall business strategy and planning goals for assigned area(s)
Monitor and report on capital expenditures and investmentproposal submissions and track.
Provide financial support and guidance to SBU leadership,product leadership, and coordinate leadership.
Collaborationwith Corporate Finance Team: Act as the key point of contact for data information,and work product between the SBU and the Corporate Finance team at ETS.
Leadcoordination for budgeting, reporting, forecasting, etc.
Develop, maintain and oversee new initiatives that add to theaccomplishment of business goals.
Managestaff of finance managers and analysts
Lead process improvement initiatives / transformation projectsand measure benefits
Adhere to ethical standards and comply with laws/regulationsapplicable to the job function

Required Experience:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting or related fieldrequired.
MBA in Finance and/or accounting preferred.
Certified Public Accountant other relevant professionalcertification strongly preferred.
7+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis,management, and reporting including working directly with senior leadership.
Priorexperience in a leadership role including leading a strong analytical FP&Ateam.
Expertise in PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud and MS Office.
Project Management experience.
Strong analytical, management, presentation, and communicationskills required.
