About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the FP&A team in developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, including coordination with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term planning and scenario analysis.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
- Analyze financial results and trends to provide actionable insights for business leaders.
- Prepare regular forecasts and update projections based on actual performance and market conditions.
- Identify risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with accounting, operations, and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions, as needed.
- Mentor and develop FP&A team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the FP&A function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, MBA a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience working with Private Equity backed companies is required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Experience with financial consolidation software and advanced Excel skills.
