We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Director of Food Service Operations to join our team at Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA. This is a high-volume, prestigious account, perfect for an energetic individual ready to lead with passion and innovation.

What You'll Do:



+ Develop and manage budgets and operational plans


+ Ensure quality standards are upheld across all areas of the foodservice operation


+ Foster strong relationships with clients, customers, and staff to drive account retention and satisfaction


+ Oversee day-to-day food service operations, ensuring employees have the right equipment, inventory, and resources to excel


+ Develop and execute strategic projects that align with Chartwells’ vision, ensuring key objectives, timelines, and budgets are met


+ Deliver accurate financial reporting and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements




Preferred Qualifications:



+ BS degree preferred


+ Five years of foodservice management experience required


+ Higher Education experience in board and retail operations is required


+ Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is required


+ Strong leadership and communication skills



Salary Range:$105,0000-$110,000

Starting Rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: location, education, training, and/or experience
