Director, Commercial Forecasting Oncology-PHARMA

Salary: $210-230k + Bonus + LTI + relocation (provided if needed)
Location: Greater LA, CA (hybrid)

My client, a Global Pharma Company, is seeking a Director, Commercial Forecasting-PHARMA professional.

Responsibilities:

1. Driving business success
2. Influencing business at SVP/VP level
3. Overseeing FTE of 4 and a team of external consultants, managing and mentoring
4. Preparing and presenting forecast updates that address business issues
5. Developing actionable strategies to increase revenue
6. Creating and delivering presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

1. BA degree - advanced degree is desired
2. 10+ years of Pharma Commercial Forecasting experience (consulting & industry)
3. 4+ years of management experience
4. Proven experience of best practices and new innovative methodologies for the business
5. Must be in the office 2-3 times a week
