Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for Global Oncology Marketing Director, Prostate Cancer. Our Marketing team is passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Through digital listening and patient analytics, we are able to understand our customers’ needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.This position will require outstanding leadership in market assessment, disease state strategy, product strategy, market development, forecasting, and stakeholder management.Primary Responsibilities:Lead cross functional team in the development of HCP launch strategy for a new oncology asset, first launch indications in metastatic Prostate Cancer with blockbuster potentialWorking with key cross functional partners, leveraging deep insights and analytics, develop and deploy product positioning, clear differentiation strategies and brand promotion messagingEffectively collaborate with promotional agency partners and medical, legal, regulatory partners in development and implementation of new asset strategyGlobal launch planning lead, responsible for ensuring large cross functional team on track with launch planning deliverablesLead on global forecast development for new asset; develop global guidance for market forecastsCollaborate with leaders in key markets and regions and other key stakeholders to ensure a unified strategy that optimizes product valueEducation Requirement:Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)Advanced degree (MBA) preferredRequired Experience and Skills:Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience across marketing, market access or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industriesExperience developing product strategy in oncology Proven ability to analyze complex data and create clear long-term customer centric strategiesInfluence: Ability to clearly articulate messages/information across the enterprise, to all levels of leadershipStrong collaborator, deep experience working within a matrixed environment and experience in stakeholder managementFinancial acumen, comfort level with forecastingPreferred Experience and Skills:Recent product launch experienceGlobal marketing experienceStrategy development experience in prostate cancer or GU disease areasNOTICE FOR INTERNAL APPLICANTSIn accordance with Managers' Policy - Job Posting and Employee Placement, all employees subject to this policy are required to have a minimum of twelve (12) months of service in current position prior to applying for open positions.If you have been offered a separation benefits package, but have not yet reached your separation date and are offered a position within the salary and geographical parameters as set forth in the Summary Plan Description (SPD) of your separation package, then you are no longer eligible for your separation benefits package.
