The pay range is $125,600.00 - $226,100.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications

You’ll lead the development of consumer-centric, culturally relevant marketing strategies and plans that drive demand for the business, improve equity perceptions and build the Target brand. You will work cross functionally with marketing, merchandising and enterprise partners to bring strategic objectives that come to life across a marketing mix and guest experience touchpoints
