This role will be pivotal in establishing the Workday roadmap, ensuring that HR technology supports the organization’s strategic goals, and developing a scalable and efficient service delivery model for the HR Shared Services team.You will have key responsibilities with the following:Workday Implementation:Lead the Workday implementation project, ensuring timely delivery and integration with other systems.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment with business requirements.Oversee data migration, system configurations, testing, and training to ensure a smooth transition from UKG to Workday.Workday Roadmap Development:Establish and maintain a strategic roadmap for Workday, identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality and improve the user experience.Stay updated on Workday’s latest features and releases, assessing their relevance to the organization.Provide guidance on system governance, security, and compliance.HR Shared Services:Design and implement a scalable service delivery model for HR Shared Services, optimizing processes and improving the efficiency of HR operations.Lead and develop the HR Shared Services team to ensure high-quality, consistent support for HR operations, including employee inquiries, Total Rewards administration, and HR compliance.Utilize data and analytics to identify process improvements and enhance the employee experience.Leadership & Stakeholder Management:Build and lead a high-performing HR Systems and Shared Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and other business leaders to align HR systems and services with broader organizational objectives.Serve as a strategic advisor on HR systems and service delivery, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Project & Change Management:Lead and manage large-scale HR systems and operations projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and goals.Drive change management efforts, preparing the organization for the adoption of new systems and processes.Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals
Other duties as assignedYour QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
