Position Summary
This position plays a key leadership role in HR systems and workforce analytics within the HR division. Accountable for delivering technology solutions to enable and enhance HR processes. Responsible for setting the strategic priorities for the enterprise-wide HR technology portfolio. Drive HR technology roadmap through automation and enhancements to streamline HR processes and delivery of excellent user-experience enterprise-wide. Collaborates with HR leaders and other business leaders to achieve best practice, modernization, and efficiency.
In addition, this position will ensure the delivery of evidence-based approach on providing insights and perspectives about workforces that allow the organization to fulfill its mission, goals, and objectives. Responsible for data governance, data resources, and design of Key Performance Metric dashboards.
Plans department budget and monitors expenditures to ensure all operations are within budget.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with Human Resources, Information Services and key stakeholders.
- Implements analyses to continuously improve HRIS service excellence standards and efficiencies.
- Oversees all aspects of project management for HRIS to include data management, database development, maintenance, and reporting workflows.
- Supports and influences continuous improvement of program, product/solution lifecycle processes, practices and initiatives.
- Provides management and oversights to direct reports, ensuring key deliverables are met and driving day to day operational excellence.
- Drives the HRIS roadmap to align with organization's priorities to provide a clear path as business enabler.
- Responsible for data governance, data security, and data sources.
- Partners with HR leaders and cross-functional leaders to craft compelling, data-based narratives enabling senior leaders to make critical resource decisions.
- Defines methods and processes for proper resolution of internal and external inquiries and requests related to workforce intelligence.
Qualifications/Work Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, or Human Resources Management, preferred
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, or Human Resources Management, preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources Management, HRIS, or analytics required.
• Experience in healthcare setting, preferred.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills or coursework in mathematics, computer science, programming, data analytics or related subjects
• Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results and managing internal and external customer relationships.
• Proven knowledge in both Human Resources processes and technology.
• Strong Experience with Human Resources Business Applications such as Talent Management, Human Capital Management, and Performance Management.
• Proven ability to partner with key stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and presentation) demonstrated at all levels of management, including the ability to influence at the executive level.
