You'll join our well-established Healthcare team as a Director, spearheading the effort to build out a practice placing Interim Healthcare Executives nationwide through both business development and recruitment activities, with a focus on positions such as CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs, CNOs, VP & SVP level and other senior leadership positions. The Director will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, experience placing high-level leadership candidates, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

- Research, contact and on-board clients and soliciting interim healthcare leadership roles
- Target new business opportunities by pipelining and prospecting daily using a variety of methods
- Identify, qualify and record leads, contact information and notes regarding the new or ongoing development of new or existing client target
- Meet clients/prospects face to face or virtually to being the long-term relationship/brand building and to obtain qualified open interim leadership positions
- Intake job order details from clients to learn the desired responsibilities and qualifications
- Draft detailed job descriptions in database with attention to proper grammar, search optimization, and job marketing
- Follow up on resume submittals to determine the status of the candidate moving forward in the interview process
- Operate as a market consultant for clients and provide updated findings and observations throughout the recruitment process
- Promptly respond to and resolve credentialing matters, staffing emergencies and client/ candidate concerns as needed
- Research and attend professional association events including educational forums, seminars
- Recommend sponsorships, trade show/exhibit opportunities
- Maintain quality with active client/interim assignments
- Negotiate and execute services agreements
Recruitment
- Identify, engage, and place interim management and executive-level professionals within healthcare organizations
- Source, screen, and engage high-caliber interim executive candidates for healthcare organizations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation and job briefing to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the client organization
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Partner with healthcare clients to understand their executive staffing needs, providing expert advice on market conditions, candidate availability, and recruitment strategies
- Maintain applicant tracking system and up to date information about all recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, client interactions and placement outcomes
- Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable market intelligence to clients and candidates
- Develop and execute tailored search strategies to identify and attract top executive talent, leveraging various sourcing channels, including executive networks, job boards, social media, and professional associations
About you:
- 3+ years of experience in interim Healthcare Executive Recruitment
- Strong understanding of the Healthcare sector and the specific challenges and opportunities related to Executive roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with Senior Executives and Healthcare leaders
- Proven track record of successfully placing executive - level candidates in healthcare organizations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Strategic thinker with a consultative approach
