Job Summary:
The Learning & Development Director (LDD) is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of comprehensive learning and development initiatives across the organization. The LDD will partner with senior leadership to align learning strategies with business goals, ensuring the development of talent at all levels. The LDD will foster a culture of continuous learning, drive leadership development programs, and manage organizational effectiveness interventions that enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a scalable, company-wide learning and development strategy that aligns with organizational goals and growth objectives.
- Create and evolve an “Integris University” Program, providing learning opportunities that effectively onboards new hires and allows for educational opportunities across the various Integris career pathways.
- Design and implement programs for leadership development at all levels, ensuring the creation of a strong leadership pipeline.
- Partner with Director of Talent and senior leadership to assess current and future talent development needs, identifying key skill gaps and delivering targeted learning initiatives to close them.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of learning programs, including e-learning, workshops, seminars, coaching, and mentoring.
- Lead initiatives focused on change management, team effectiveness, and other organizational development strategies that support business transformation and continuous improvement.
- Manage and leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other technology platforms to scale learning programs and track key metrics.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Partner with HR Business Partner Team to support and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, professional growth, and organizational culture through strategic learning programs.
- Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, and manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants.
- Partner with HR Operations Manager to track and analyze learning outcomes to assess the effectiveness of programs and continuously improve learning solutions.
- Ensure learning programs meet compliance requirements for all relevant certifications, training standards, and regulations.
Job Qualifications:
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resouces, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Previous experience in the Information Technology industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with adult learning theories, instructional design, and leadership development best practices.
- Proven experience designing and executing successful learning strategies in an midsize or enterprise environment.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- Expertise in leading change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Ability to leverage data analytics to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
