Schedule: Full-Time.
- Morning, Daytime, Evening, and Nighttime Shifts. (5:30am-11:30pm)
- Open Availability. Able to Open and/or Close.
- 40+ Hours per Week.

About this Position: Director
- Directors are the senior level of leadership within Chick-fil-A. As a Director you are the person in charge of the daily operations of Chick-fil-A. You are responsible for leading a team of other leaders and team members who will ensure our guests receive the quality food and industry leading customer service that has come to be synonymous with the Chick-fil-A brand. Directors demonstrate and execute the fundamentals of the Chick-fil-A brand including our CORE 4 model, Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy, Industry Leading Food Safety Processes, and so much more. As a Director you will also have an opportunity to grow within the company. Leadership Development is a core part of our business strategy, and you will have the opportunity to engage with the Operator on your own personal journey as a developing professional.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE.
- 3+ Years of Experience as a leader. (Chick-fil-A Experience Preferred)
- Self-lead individual that is committed to personal growth.
- Willingness to step outside of job role to assist in other roles.
- Effective and professional communicator.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Proven ability to lead in quick-paced environments as part of a team.
- Basic computer competency.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate.
- Must be comfortable using a POS system and other ordering technology.
- Must be comfortable using various pieces of cooking and service equipment.
- Ability to multitask without direction.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work outside for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient pace.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Operator and senior leadership to achieve excellence in the area you are responsible.
- Track and report on the key metrics in your area of responsibility.
- Develop and execute plans to continuously improve your area of responsibility.
- Resolve employee performance and policy/procedure violations discovered or reported by the Leadership Team.
- Works with the Leadership Team to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels.
- Must be an excellent coach, communicator and team builder.
- Achieve Strategic business results through focus and action on Monthly and Quarterly objectives and tasks.
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
- Serves as subject matter expert for all tasks and processes.
- Responsible for inventory & facilities management.
- Complete understanding of each key position in their area of responsibility.
- Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: create eye contact, share a smile, speak with an enthusiastic tone, and always say my pleasure.
- Operating the POS system and other order taking technology at the front counter, in the drive-thru cockpit, or outside in the drive-thru.
- Operating various pieces of cooking and service equipment.
- Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer.
- Following the proper process for the position you are assigned.
- Checking for product quality and consistency.
- Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures.
- Assisting in all team member positions throughout your shift as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
- Complete all tasks assigned beyond the job description, if necessary.
- Complete all tasks assigned to you by the leadership team.
Drive Thru Director
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate Team Member performance and policy/procedure violations of Drive Thru Team Members or Leaders to the Leadership Team.
- Work with the Leadership Team to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels for Drive Thru Team Members.
- Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks for the Drive Thru.
- Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all individuals with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
- Serve as subject matter expert for all tasks for the Drive Thru.
- Complete understanding of each key position in the Drive Thru.
- Serve as a Mentor and Coach.
- Responsible for inventory and facility management.
Production Director
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate Team Member performance and policy/procedure violations of Production Team Members to the Leadership Team.
- Work with the Leadership Team to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels for Production Team Members.
- Ensure that the shifts are running smoothly in the kitchen.
- Train new Kitchen Team Members and Leaders and follow up to ensure they’re equipped for success.
- ERQA and Daily Safe Performance.
- Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks for the kitchen.
- Oversee waste reduction and tracking.
- Maintain cleanliness for Kitchen- backstage tour ready.
- Responsible for Food Safety score.
- Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all individuals with respect while handling coaching conversations and providing them with direction and feedback.
- Serve as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing kitchen support.
- Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store.
- Serve as a Mentor and Coach.
- Responsible for inventory and facility management.
Hospitality Director
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate Team Member performance and policy/procedure violations of Hospitality Team Members or Leaders to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Work with the Leadership Team to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels for Hospitality Team Members.
- Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks for the dining room and cashiers.
- Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all individuals with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
- Serve as subject matter expert for all tasks for the FOH.
- Complete understanding of each key position in the front of the store.
- Serve as a Mentor and Coach.
- Responsible for inventory and facility management.
Mobile Director
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversees the Mobile Ordering Process, which includes:
- Making sure orders are being fulfilled quickly and up to Chick-fil-A’s quality standards.
- Review disputed transactions from 3rd party delivery companies.
- Assist guests with any mobile order issues or concerns.
- Work with the Leadership Team to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels for Mobile Team Members.
- Communicate Team Member performance and policy/procedure violations of Mobile Team Members to the Leadership Team.
- Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks for Mobile.
- Effectively train Team Members and Leaders that assist with Mobile Ordering.
- Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all individuals with respect while providing the Leaders involved with Mobile Ordering with direction and feedback.
- Serve as subject matter expert for all tasks regarding Mobile Ordering.
- Look for opportunities to improve efficiency of Mobile processes.
- Serve as a Mentor and Coach.
- Responsible for inventory and facility management.
