The Director of Marketing Automation will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing automation initiatives at Abnormal Security. This role involves overseeing a team responsible for the implementation and management of marketing technology tools, data architecture, and reporting systems. The Director will ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns with other business systems, maintain data integrity, and drive continuous improvement in marketing operations.

About You:
• Proven experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of marketing technology stacks (e.g., Marketo, SFDC) and data management best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a diverse team.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a SaaS or cybersecurity industry is a plus.
Key Metrics:
• Achievement of pipeline and revenue targets through marketing automation initiatives.
• Efficiency in marketing operations, measured by pipeline per dollar spent (ROMI - Return on Marketing Investment) and other relevant KPIs.
• Successful implementation and adoption of new marketing technologies and processes.
Must Have:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
o Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing marketing technology stacks, including tools like Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC).
o Strong experience with data management, including data architecture, lead routing, and data integrity.
o Experience in the SaaS or cybersecurity industry is highly desirable.
