Because we know that alone we’re strong, but together we’re unstoppable.About the RoleAs a Director, Marketing Design, this position is responsible for leading the expression of Athleta across all seasonal marketing campaigns covering all owned and paid vehicles, upleveling and holding omnichannel brand design to a standard of excellence in support of the Senior Creative Director.This position will be responsible for guiding the design of all assets, overseeing design concepts and guiding the team in the creation of full suites of deliverables ranging from site and app to email to retail, along with promotional digital and print assets.This position will be hands-on with design, while overseeing the day-to-day work of the design team.This position will work closely with and report into the Senior Creative Director.What You'll Do• Lead the creation of seasonal design concepts for marketing campaigns• Guide the team on typography treatments, color selection, layouts, animations, motion graphics and video editing• Ensure all content is on-brand, cohesive in terms of style, quality of images, and optimized for user experience• Work closely with cross-functional partners in brand and digital marketing, merch, and product design to ensure that all work is in support of business objectives• Lead the process of optimizing, preparing, and delivering files• Express concepts and share work clearly with team, business partners, and company leadership• Interact with and take direction from leadership• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet business goals and ensure designs implemented align with company’s initiatives; leverage strategy, analytics and brand insights• Receive and implement feedback from key stakeholders, as well as provide feedback to the design team• Work with Gap Inc
