POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Director of Accounting at BBA HOA Management, you will be important in ensuring our company's financial health and success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing all aspects of financial operations, from budgeting and forecasting processes to leading financial reporting and analysis. Your expertise will ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide oversight, guidance, and training to the accounting team.
- Ensure compliance with accounting processes and guidelines.
- Produce accurate financial reports and lead monthly financial meetings/calls.
- Conduct financial analysis and support forecasting efforts.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on financial discussions and decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading an accounting team and producing financials.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Monthly Salary: $6,500 - $7,500 based on experience and achievement
