Overview of the Director of Accounting and Finance role:

• The Director of Accounting and Finance will provide leadership, direction and guidance with respect to finance/accounting departments
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CFO and CEO
• Support the CFO duties and mentorship by the CFO
• Analyze financial statements and reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Supervising and overseeing the month-end process
• Support the purchasing department
• Support internal and external audits

Preferred Qualifications for the Director of Accounting and Finance opportunity:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Leadership experience
• M&A experience (+)
• CPA (+)
