Director of Accounting - Riddle Village

Riddle Village is a non-profit 501(c)(3) lifecare retirement community in Media, PA, currently searching for a Director of Accounting to join our team. Riddle Village is home to approximately 500 residents living in our 357 independent living apartments, 49 personal care units, and 86 skilled nursing beds. We employ approximately 300 caring individuals who are committed to meeting the organization's mission.

The perfect candidate will have an earnest desire to be part of a team of professionals who are committed to providing the best services and care to our residents while supporting each other. This position reports directly to the President/CEO and is responsible for all aspects of accounting functions including, but not limited to, developing the annual budget and long-term projections, managing the annual audit, completing financial statements in accordance with GAAP, and reporting any significant financial activity to the CEO. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in the senior living industry. Persuasive communication and customer service skills are crucial to succeed in this role.
