Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or CPA certification is an asset.
2. At least 8 years of experience in a senior accounting role, with a proven track record in working with high-performing accounting teams.
3. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
5. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and industry trends.
6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
7. Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical standards.
10. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
