Purpose

The primary purpose of Admissions Director is to maximize resident census and case mix by maintaining a positive regular relationship with actual and prospective referral sources, processing prospective admissions, coordinating admission with all facility departments, and assisting in the resident’s and family’s orientation and adaptation to the facility’s environment and operation.
