Your opportunity
+ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to bolster the North America Janus Henderson Portfolio Construction and Strategy (PCS) team, aligning with the team's broader business growth goals.
+ Take charge of the day-to-day execution of these strategies across various marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and successful implementation of all activities.
+ Strategies will include the design of collateral, digital experiences, and campaigns that assist with the promotion of our PCS capabilities and align with the opportunities and focuses of the North America Client Group.
+ Provide support to the ETF Specialist Team and build campaigns and resources around ETF opportunities in alignment with the sales channels within the North America Client Group.
+ Work closely with Sales and become a “trusted partner” to help drive promotion of PCS and the ETF suite with targeted firms and clients.
+ Break down barriers, solve cross-functional issues, build strategic relationships and gain consensus for marketing strategies through a highly collaborative approach and partnership mentality.
+ Work with the product marketing team to support ETF product positioning and product launches.
+ Ability to concept, direct, execute and measure strategic projects from start to finish.

Must have skills
+ A minimum of 7 years of marketing management experience within the financial services industry or equivalent required
+ Effective interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
+ Creative problem-solving skills
+ Ability to lead and influence others to execute against business and firm goals
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
+ Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Nice to have skills
+ Working understanding of intermediary distribution including sales process, relationship of our client/prospect to end clients, various roles within sales force and differing corporate/branch requirements
+ Experience marketing ETFs highly preferred
+ Understanding of compliance requirements for the advisor marketplace

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $105,000-115,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through November 1, 2024.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
