Role Overview:
As the Director of Affiliate Marketing Strategic Partnerships, you will lead the transformation of our affiliate channels and strategic partnerships to drive significant revenue growth. Your role will leverage your extensive experience in managing multi-million dollar affiliate programs and forging high-impact partnerships. You will utilize data-driven strategies and advanced MarTech solutions to exceed KPIs and contribute to the overall success of SmythOS.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Leadership:
Transform and scale
the SaaS affiliate marketing program, focusing on strategic recruitment, activation, and retention of affiliates.
Achieve
growth
by creating and implementing innovative strategies across influencer marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and media buying affiliates.
Lead the adoption of MarTech and SaaS technologies to optimize affiliate performance, driving significant revenue increases.
Develop and manage
commission structures and performance incentives
that motivate top-tier affiliates, contributing to multi-million dollar revenue growth.
Strategic Partnership Development:
Identify, negotiate, and secure
high-impact strategic partnerships
that align with SmythOS’s growth objectives and drive significant revenue contributions.
Cultivate and maintain
long-term relationships
with key partners, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with strategic goals.
Develop joint marketing initiatives
and co-branded campaigns with partners, enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement across channels.
Team Leadership and Development:
Manage and mentor
a high-performing team of affiliate managers and partnership specialists, setting SMART goals and fostering a culture of excellence.
Develop and implement
training programs and SOPs
that streamline operations, improve onboarding efficiency, and enhance overall team performance.
Conduct regular
performance reviews
, providing feedback and support to drive continuous improvement and team success.
Technical and Analytical Excellence:
Understanding of affiliate and publisher management software, such as Impact.com, Tapfilliate, Rakuten, etc.
Implement and maintain robust
forecasting models
to predict revenue outcomes with high accuracy and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure the accurate tracking and reporting of affiliate and partnership activities, utilizing
Google Data Studio, Airtable, and other platforms
to generate actionable insights.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies
that align affiliate and partnership efforts with SmythOS’s broader business objectives.
Drive innovation in affiliate marketing by launching initiatives such as
influencer collaborations, premium content partnerships
, and advanced media buying strategies.
Ensure that all affiliate and partnership activities are
aligned with the overall marketing and business development plans
, contributing to the sustained growth of SmythOS.
Qualifications:
Proven track record
of leading and transforming large-scale SaaS affiliate marketing programs with significant revenue impacts.
Extensive experience in
developing and managing multi-million dollar partnerships
that align with business growth objectives.
Strong
negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
, with the ability to secure and maintain high-value partnerships.
Proficiency in
MarTech solutions and analytical tools

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
